The West Hayden Estates Homeowner’s Association Board said Tuesday it will not be suing Jeremy Morris over his light display. The Vice President of the HOA board emphasized that their opposition was not to Morris’ decorations, but rather all of the extra traffic and noise and the event would bring to the neighborhood.
The Homeowners Association sent Morris a letter on Oct. 26 threatening to sue if he put on the “2nd Annual Hayden Christmas Light Show.” The letter then gave Morris 10 days to respond before legal action would follow. Those 10 days have passed, and nearly a month later no lawsuit has been filed.
